Ben Droz
Ben Droz moved to Washington, DC to be the first full-time lobbyist for the hemp industry. Beginning in 2008, Droz played a pivotal role in hemp legalization, and his drive and influence is recognized throughout the hemp industry. Droz earned title The Hemp Guy while on the Hill.
Over the past decade, Droz has managed congressional and coalition outreach, planned and coordinated lobby day fly-ins, congressional briefings, social media campaigns, and more.
As one of the nation's leading experts on industrial hemp, Droz has been invited to speak at conferences across the country, and has been featured in Yahoo!, the Huffington Post, Living Social, and the award winning documentary, Bringing it Home.
In addition to his advocacy work, Droz is well connected in nation's capital, due to his work and connections in media. He attends exclusive events in Washington, DC, and has traveled and networked extensively, from high level conferences in Washington, to Cannabis conferences nationwide, to Art Basel Miami over five times, to SXSW and SXSW Eco, to Sundance Film Festival, Burning Man, and beyond.
Droz has a robust network of colleagues spanning multiple industries from government and media to cannabis to blockchain to family offices to sustainability to non-profit to real estate. Droz, along with his network, is on the leading edge across the board.
Becca Droz
Featured on CBS in The Amazing Race in season 29, Becca Droz won the hearts of millions of Americans and viewers around the world. She was invited back to compete in the first ever All Stars Season, which featured an exclusive group of participants from throughout the history of the most popular reality TV franchises.
Becca is founder of Funstoppables, creator of the Fun-O-Meter, and leads workshops on manifesting dreams to reality, and increasing productivity through team-building. She is also a professional rock climber, instructor, and outdoors enthusiast.
David Droz
David Droz is Engineering Project Manager at Enel X, and was previously Senior Project Manager and Director of Telecoms at Urban Green Energy. Droz has leadership in distributed energy in New York City and internationally energy, has spearheaded entry into new markets, and managed over
$40 million in pipeline in 41 countries. He has controlled budget, schedule, and fulfillment for projects worldwide, and managed execution in the Netherlands, Mexico, and Argentina, and throughout New York City.
Dan Droz
Dan Droz is an artist, author, and internationally recognized and award winning designer and branding expert. Since 1980, Dan Droz has worked with over 500 companies, traveled the world speaking and writing about design, branding, business, and entrepreneurship.
As an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University, Droz founded the nation's first program in multidisciplinary product development. His design work has been recognized internationally, including the Designers Choice, Daphne, Hermes, and Marcom Awards. He was recognized as an outstanding design alumni of Harvard University, his alma mater. From the American Marketing Association, Droz has won his clients more "Marketer of the Year" awards than any other firm in the U.S.
Today, Droz is an artist and a sculptor.
